The Grape Cure
Below is reproduced the nethod of the grape cure, as stated by Mrs. Johanna Brandt, Dr. Benedict Lust and other experts. If the disease through biopsy or symptoms is diagnosed as cancer, the patient at first should get his body cleansed through nature-cure treatment.
For that he should undertake a two to three days’ fast. Fie should drink plenty of water. If he suffers from constipation enema should be used. A glass or two of cold water should be drunk in the early morning on the day the grape treatment starts. Then half an hour later grape-juice should be taken.
The first intake of grape-juice should be at eight o’clock in the morning. Grape-juice should be taken every two hours six or seven times during the day till eight in the evening. 50 to 100 ml of grape-juice should be taken each time. The quantity of the next intake should be gradually increased such that during the whole day 5 to 6 litres of grape-juice is taken by the time of completion of one week.
This experiment should be continued for a week or two. If the experiment is found conducive, it should be prolonged by one to two months. As grapes do not provide all the necessary nutritious elements to the body, it is not advisable to continue grape-juice treatment for a very long time.
In the second stage, other fruits should be added to the diet of grape-juice for one to two months. In the third stage, in addition to juices, fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains, sprouted pulses and other such raw food should be taken. One undergoing the grape-cure should not take cooked food for six months. After six months, the fourth stage of this experiment commences.
